1) Each camper and adult/teen volunteer must complete the appropriate paperwork and turn them in at the Warren County Extension Office. 

 

2) Don't forget to bring in your and your child's insurance cards when submitting the registration forms!

3) Payment can be brought in to the Warren County Extension office. Card payments require an additional 3% fee but the flat rate can be paid with a check or cash.
