Many people remember eating country ham at their families’ homes. The Kentucky 4-H program offers both youth (5-18 years old) and adults the opportunity to learn how to cure their own country hams.
The 4-H Country Ham Project is open to any 4-H members or adults that would like to participate in the program. Fill out this contract and bring it to us at the Warren County Extension Office to Register:
